One Partner, Not a Vendor List
A payroll company. A compliance consultant. A marketing agency. A facilities contractor. Most schools assemble a whole roster of vendors just to keep the lights on, and no single one of them answers for the whole school. Academica replaces that roster with one partner, accountable for all of it at once.
The Whole Line
This is not a sample. What stays with your school is named here, plainly. What becomes Academica's to run is named here in full, service by service.
The Honest Version
Academica maintains direct responsibility for every service it provides, even where specialist partners execute some of the work. The responsibility does not move to someone else's desk just because the task did. One partner, full oversight, and accountability that stays complete rather than splitting across a vendor list.
We are the contractor that keeps the lights on, the payroll accurate, and the compliance paperwork filed.
The Straight Answer
Nevada law labels Academica an EMO. Our actual role is an Education Service Provider, a contracted vendor, not an owner. Here is that role stated plainly, on both sides.
Every school we serve is governed by its own independent board.
The Six Domains
Every service above belongs to one of six domains. Each domain has its own page: what it removes from your school, what it looks like from your side of the line, and who you talk to when you need it.
Central business services, without crossing into academics.
