The Network
Charter law is written state by state, and so are the deadlines, the funding formulas and the audits that come with it. That is why Academica keeps people in each place it works rather than one team for all of them.
Why a Region Is a Real Thing
A reporting calendar, an authorizer's expectations and a funding formula are all local. Getting them right is not a matter of reading harder; it is a matter of having filed against them before.
Hired, directed, and governed by the school’s board.
Academica is a contracted service provider, and the contract is with your board, not with a region. A school in Reno and a school in Roseville are governed under different statutes by different authorities, and the people handling each one should know which is which without being told.
That is the whole argument for keeping teams in place instead of centralizing them somewhere convenient. It is also the reason this page exists as something other than a map.
A person in your state who has filed under its rules before.
An authorizer's expectations are local, and so is the person who answers them.
A reporting calendar is local, and it does not move because a school is busy.
Where We Work
Every office below is staffed by people who work under that place's rules year in and year out.
Headquarters, Henderson, NevadaNevada is where Academica started and where its longest-running relationships are. The state charter authorizer, the reporting calendar it sets and the audits that follow are handled by a team that has filed against them since the beginning.
Reno, NevadaNorthern Nevada answers to the same state rules and a different set of local ones: its own districts, its own facilities market, its own labor pool. A team in Reno is close enough to know which is which.
Roseville, CaliforniaCalifornia charter law is its own body of work. Authorization, funding and reporting all run differently there, close enough to Nevada to be misleading and far enough to be a trap for anyone assuming the two match.
Colorado, Idaho and WyomingEach Mountain West state writes its own charter statute, sets its own reporting deadlines and funds its schools on its own formula. A school in one of them cannot be run off another one’s playbook, and this team does not try to.

Direct Access
Whichever region your school sits in, the relationship works the same way: a named director who knows your school, with the specialists behind them.

This is the part of a partnership that a leader notices first and that no organizational chart conveys. Your director is not a relationship manager who routes your question elsewhere. They are the person accountable for your school inside Academica, and the specialists are theirs to pull in.
Yours, by name, and reachable without a ticket.
Compliance, finance, human resources, facilities and technology.
For the problem that will not wait for a scheduled call.
Other principals who have already faced the same call.
See It
The whole network is on a single map you can search and filter: by region, or by the charter family that runs the school.

The map is the same data this page describes, made navigable. It is the fastest way to answer the question a family actually arrives with, which is not how large the network is but whether there is a school near them.
Every region this page names.
Watch one family light up across several states at once.
Its address, its phone number and its own website.
